I have had the honour and joy of studying directly with Judith Hanson Lasater, founder of the Iyengar Yoga Institute in San Francisco and co-founder of Yoga Journal magazine. Judith Hanson Lasater is generally credited for bringing Restorative Yoga from the Iyengar Yoga tradition to a wider audience.

I highly recommend live and online trainings with Judith Hanson Lasater and her daughter Lizzie Lasater, as well as all of the books written by Judith Hanson Lasater.

After years of training, teaching, and assisting, it is my pleasure to share what I have learned with you.
